Removal Procedure

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Remove the liftgate pull strap. Refer to PULL STRAP REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE   . 
  3. Using the J 38778  release the liftgate trim panel retainers.
  4. Remove the trim panel from the lift gate.
