Removal Procedure

  1. Open the fuel filler door.
  2. Remove the fuel cap.
  3. Using J 38778  remove the push in retainer securing the fuel filler pocket to the left rear inner fender liner.
  4. Remove the screws from the fuel filler pocket.
  5. Remove the fuel filler pocket from the vehicle.
  6. Depress tabs on the fuel cap tether and remove from the fuel filler pocket.
