Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the bearing to the rear quarter window actuator by installing the pin.
  2. Install the bearing bushing retaining screw.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the rear quarter window actuator retaining bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

    Tighten the bearing bushing retaining screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Connect the electrical connector to the rear quarter window actuator.
  5. Install the rear corner upper garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - REAR CORNER UPPER  in Interior Trim.
