Removal Procedure

  1. Lower the front door window.
  2. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to MIRROR REPLACEMENT - POWER (WITH TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR)  or MIRROR REPLACEMENT - POWER (WITHOUT TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR)  .
  3. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to pry up at the front of the outer belt sealing strip from the inside edge.
  4. Remove the front door outer belt window sealing strip from the pinch-weld flange.
