Adjustment Procedure

- Remove the sliding door upper garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - SLIDING DOOR
in Interior Trim.
Important: Loosen only 1 bolt at a time on each bracket. Loosening more than 1 bolt may cause a loss of sliding door alignment.
- Loosen 1 bolt on the upper roller bracket.
- Loosen 1 bolt on the lower roller bracket.
- Adjust the front edge of the sliding door in or out, as needed.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Tighten the bolt on the lower roller bracket.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Tighten the bolt on the upper roller bracket.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the upper garnish molding to the sliding door. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - SLIDING DOOR in Interior Trim.
