Installation Procedure

  1. Install the hood to the hood hinges with an assistant.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the hood bolts to each side of the hood at the hinge.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb in).

  3. Remove the protective coverings from the adjacent body panels.
  4. Align the hood, if required. Refer to HOOD ADJUSTMENT   .
