Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the hood. Refer to HOOD REPLACEMENT   .
  2. Mark the position of the hinge to the upper fender rail with a grease pencil in order to aid in the alignment when the hood hinge is reinstalled.
  3. Remove the bolts from the hood hinge at the upper fender rail.
  4. Remove the hood hinge from the upper fender rail.
