Installation Procedure

  1. Align the rear bumper fascia to the rear bumper fascia outer support.

  2. Align the rear bumper fascia outer retainer to the body.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the palnut to the rear bumper fascia outer retainer.
  4. Tighten 
  5. Tighten the palnut to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the push-in retainers to the upper and lower rear bumper fascia.
  7. Install the screws at the right and left wheel well to the rear bumper fascia.
  8. Tighten 
  9. Tighten the rear bumper fascia wheel well screws to 3 N.m (26 lb in).

  10. Install the rear bumper fascia reflectors. Refer to FASCIA REFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - REAR BUMPER   .
  11. Close the lift gate.
