Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to JACKING AND LIFTING in General Information.
  2. Partially remove the front fender liner to access the wheel opening molding push-in retainer. Refer to FENDER LINER REPLACEMENT  in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the screws from the lower rear of the fender wheel opening molding.

  4. Remove the push-in retainer from the front wheel opening molding.

  5. Pull the fender wheel opening molding from the fender releasing the retainers in the fender.
  6. Remove the fender wheel opening molding from the fender.
