Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Montana, 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette, and 2003 Chevrolet Venture. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Route the rear washer hose along the right side of the vehicle.
  2. Apply lubricant to the rear washer hose ends.
  3. Install the rear washer hose end through the opening in the dash panel.

  4. Connect the rear washer hose to the washer solvent container.
  5. Connect the rear washer hose end to the rear washer pump.

  6. Route the rear washer hose (1) opposite end through the rear liftgate conduit.
  7. Connect the rear washer hose (1) to the rear washer nozzle (2).
  8. Position the rear washer nozzle to the liftgate.
  9. Press in firmly to install the rear washer nozzle to the liftgate.
  10. Install the wiper module cover. Refer to WIPER MODULE COVER REPLACEMENT   . 
  11. Install the liftgate trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE  in Body Rear End.
  12. Install the rear lower quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER  in Interior Trim.
  13. Install the lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - LOWER PILLAR  in Interior Trim.
  14. Install the right cowl trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - COWL SIDE  in Interior Trim.
