Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Montana, 2003 Oldsmobile Silhouette, and 2003 Chevrolet Venture. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the radiator inlet hose.
  2. Connect the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.

    Important:  Release the hose clamp retention lock By using a small flat Bladed screwdriver.

  3. Release the hose clamp retention lock at the radiator to secure the hose.
  4. Connect the radiator inlet hose to the thermostat housing.
  5. Release the hose clamp retention lock at the thermostat housing to secure the hose.
  6. Install the left side diagonal Brace. Refer to BRACE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FENDER UPPER DIAGONAL - LEFT  in Body Front End.
  7. Fill the coolant. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM   .
