Oil Cooler Removal

  1. Disconnect the upper oil cooler outlet hose from the thermostat bypass pipe.
  2. Disconnect the lower oil cooler outlet hose from the oil cooler.
  3. Remove the oil cooler outlet hoses and pipe.

  4. Remove the oil cooler connector.

  5. Remove the oil cooler inlet hose clamp and oil cooler.

  6. Remove the oil cooler inlet hose and oil cooler inlet hose clamp from the oil cooler hose fitting.

  7. Remove the oil cooler hose fitting.
