Fluid Leaks At Control Valve Body Assembly

The following are possible causes and corrections for this condition:

The control valve body assembly is porous or damaged - replace control valve body assembly.
The spacer (with gasket) plate is damaged or not sealing properly - replace spacer (with gasket) plate.
The control valve body bolts/screws are loose, cross-threaded or missing - tighten/replace the bolts/screws.
