Conditions For Setting DTC

DTC P1883 will set if, the TCM has detected either an open, a short to ground, or a short to power on ratio control motor coil A1 control circuit for more than 0.56 seconds when:

DTC P1883 diagnostic runs continuously when the above conditions have been met. DTC P1883 is a type "A" DTC.
