To located an intermittent problem, use the scan tool to monitor TCC PC solenoid actual and reference current for a large difference with the engine running. Wiggling wires while watching for a difference between the two parameters may locate the area where an open or a short to voltage in the wiring may lie. TCC PC solenoid resistance at 68°F (20°C) = 3.5-4.1 ohms.
