Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.
  2. Install the HVAC control module into instrument panel opening.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the HVAC control module retaining screws.

    Tighten

    Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  4. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, GAGES, AND CONSOLE  in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
