Installation Procedure

  1. Install the blower motor relay.
  2. Connect the blower motor relay electrical connector.
  3. Install the blower motor relay to the mounting bracket.
  4. Connect the air distribution duct to the HVAC module assembly.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the air distribution duct to HVAC module assembly bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  6. Install the left lower quarter trim panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL, GAGES, AND CONSOLE  in Interior Trim.
