Installation Procedure

  1. Install the floor air outlet.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the floor air outlet screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 0.9 N.m (8 lb in).

  3. Install the center floor air outlet. Refer to AIR OUTLET REPLACEMENT - CENTER FLOOR   . 
  4. Install the IP compartment. Refer to COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P)  .
  5. Install the left instrument panel insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT -- LEFT  .
  6. Install the right instrument panel insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT -- RIGHT  .
