Installation Procedure

  1. Install the radiator hose (3) on to outlet port (2) of the radiator.
  2. Install radiator outlet hose on to the water pump housing (1).
  3. Use J 38185  in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the radiator.
  4. Install the lower air deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Baffle and Deflector Replacement - Lower .
  5. Lower the vehicle.

  6. Align the marks on the hose and install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump housing.
  7. Use J 38185  in order to reposition and install the hose clamp to the water pump housing.
  8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
