Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley bracket.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the idler pulley bracket bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the idler pulley bracket bolts to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt idler pulley.
  4. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

  5. Install the supercharger drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (L36)  or Drive Belt Replacement (L67) .
