Exhaust Manifold Removal - Right

Important: Do not remove the check valve from the air injection reaction (AIR) pipe unless service is required.

Do not remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust manifold unless service is required.

Remove the AIR pipe bracket bolt from the rear of the left cylinder head.

Remove the AIR pipe, with check valve, bolts, and gasket from the right exhaust manifold.

Remove the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
Do not remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils unless required.
Remove the oxygen sensor from the manifold.
Remove the exhaust manifold, bolts, and gasket.
Discard the gasket.
Remove the heat shield and bolts, if required.
