Exhaust Manifold Removal - Right

Important: Do not remove the check valve from the air injection reaction (AIR) pipe unless service is required.
Do not remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust manifold unless service is required.
- Remove the AIR pipe bracket bolt from the rear of the left cylinder head.
- Remove the AIR pipe, with check valve, bolts, and gasket from the right exhaust manifold.
- Remove the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
Do not remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils unless required.
- Remove the oxygen sensor from the manifold.
- Remove the exhaust manifold, bolts, and gasket.
- Discard the gasket.
- Remove the heat shield and bolts, if required.
