Installation Procedure

  1. Install the outlet heater hose.
    2. Fig 1: Locating Heater Hoses

  2. Connect the hose to the heater core.
  3. Use J 38185  to connect the heater hose clamp.
  4. Connect the outlet heater hose to the outlet heater pipe.
  5. Connect the vacuum hose to the brake booster.
  6. Install the wiper motor module assembly. Refer to Wiper Motor Module Replacement in Wipers/Washer Systems.
  7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Engine Cooling.
