Removal Procedure

Remove the air inlet duct. Refer to the appropriate service information.
- Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.4L.
- Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.6L (LY7).
Use a hammer and a chisel in order to raise the transaxle vent seat off of the transaxle (37).

Use a flat-bladed tool in order to pry the transaxle vent out of the transaxle (37).
