Installation Procedure

  1. Install the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Installation .
  2. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  3. Lower the vehicle or raise the frame and powertrain in order to align the frame to the vehicle.
  4. Install the frame right side bolts. Refer to Frame Replacement - Front (W/AWD) or Frame Replacement - Front (W/FWD) in Frame and Underbody.
  5. Remove the utility stand.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
