Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
Use J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp at the engine. See Special Tools and Equipment .

Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the engine.
Use J 38185 to reposition the hose clamp at the radiator. See Special Tools and Equipment .
Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the radiator.
Remove the radiator outlet hose.
