Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Pontiac Aztek and 2004 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the rear wheel opening molding to the rear quarter panel.
  2. Align the wheel opening molding retainers to the holes in the rear quarter panel.
  3. Press the molding to the rear quarter panel until all of the retainers are fully seated.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the wheel opening molding screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the wheel opening molding screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
