Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery and battery tray. Refer to BATTERY TRAY REPLACEMENT in Battery.
  2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum actuator.

  3. Disconnect front drive axle clutch cable.

  4. Remove the vacuum actuator bolts.
  5. Remove the vacuum actuator.
