Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right IP outer trim cover. Refer to Instrument Panel (IP) Outer Trim Cover Replacement  .
  2. Open the IP storage compartment and remove the two fasteners that secure the right IP trim plate to the IP.
  3. Remove the right IP trim plate by pulling toward the rear of the vehicle.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector for the storage compartment light switch.
