Installation (Right)

  1. Apply a 1/8" (2-3 mm) wide to 1/16" (0.5-1.5 mm) high bead of Sealer (GM 12378521) to sealing surface of intake manifold.
  2. The left side and right side intake manifolds are not interchangeable. Install intake manifold to cylinder head. Install intake manifold 9 bolts and 2 nuts.
  3. Install intake manifold tube. Install left fuel rail assembly. Install fuel junction block. Install turbocharger assembly. See TURBOCHARGER .
