Water Crossover Assemble

  1. Install the EGR valve gasket.
  2. Install the EGR valve.
    CAUTION: Refer to in FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the EGR valve studs.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the EGR valve studs to 24 N.m (18 ft lbs).

  4. Install the EGR wire harness heat shield.
  5. Install the EGR wire harness heat shield nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the EGR wire harness heat shield nuts to 25 N.m (18 ft lbs).
