Removal Procedure

- Remove the rear passenger seats when needed. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR BENCH (ALL EXCEPT LUXURY) or SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR BENCH (LUXURY Y91) .
- Remove the rear door frame opening garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Rear Door Upper .
- Remove the driver side body side rear trim panel as needed. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Body Side Rear .
- Remove the passenger side rear corner trim panel as needed. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Right Rear Corner .
- Remove the body side rear lower garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Lower Rear .
- Remove the body side rear upper garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Rear Upper .
- Pull down on the upper corners of the garnish molding in order to disengage the retaining clips.
- Pull in order to disengage the remaining retaining clips.
- Remove the rear corner garnish molding from the vehicle.
- Inspect the rear corner garnish molding for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the retaining clips as needed.
