Tie Rod Replacement: AWD: Installation

- Install the tie rod.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the tie rod nut. Tighten the tie rod nut to 80 N.m (59 lb ft).
- Install the tie rod bolt. Tighten the tie rod bolt to 85 N.m (63 lb ft).
- Adjust the rear toe angle. Refer to the following:
- For 2003 models, see SPECIFICATIONS .
- For 2004 models, see SPECIFICATIONS .
- Lower the vehicle.
