Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Rear Disc And AWD: Installation

  1. Install the wheel bearing/hub assembly (1) on to the knuckle (2).

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the bolts (1) into the wheel bearing/hub assembly. See Figure. Tighten the wheel bearing/hub bolts to 130 N.m (96 lb ft).
  3. If equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD) install the wheel drive shaft nut. Refer to AXLE SHAFT . Tighten the nut to 260 Nm (192 lb ft).
  4. Connect the sensor lead.
  5. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION in TIRES AND WHEELS .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
