Torque Tube Mounting Bracket: Removal

Raise and support the vehicle. Place a jack stand under the torque tube. Remove the torque tube-to-bracket through-bolt, nut, washers and spacers. See Figure . Remove the torque tube bracket-to-body bolts. Lower the jack stand slightly in order to gain access to the torque tube bracket. Remove the torque tube bracket.
