  1. Inspect for excessive oil in the combustions chanber-leaking valve seals. See appropriate article in ENGINES.
  2. Engine compression. See appropriate article in ENGINES.
  3. Inspect the combustion chamber for excessive carbon buildup. Clean using Top Engine Cleaner. Follow instructions on can.
  4. Inspect the following for incorrect basic engine parts:
    • Camshafts
    • Cylinder Heads
    • Pistons, etc.
