Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .
  2. Remove the oil pump pick-up tube nut (2) from the main bearing stud.
  3. Remove the oil pump pick-up tube bolt (4) from the oil pump.
  4. Remove the oil pump pipe and screen (1).
