Code Enable Criteria

Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) is transitioning.
Mass Airflow (MAF) is more than 3 grams/second in crank mode.
MAF is more than 5 grams/second in run mode.
DTCs P0101, P0102, P0103, or P0341 are not set.

DTC sets when CKP sensor signal is not detected for less than 8 seconds.
