Water entering air intake system that reaches MAF sensor could cause this DTC to set. Water rapidly cools hot sensing elements in sensor causing a false indication of excessive airflow. Inspect the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) system and the air induction system for evidence of water intrusion.
A poor connection in ignition positive voltage circuit of MAF sensor can cause a DTC P0103 to set.
