Removal (2.2L)

  1. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor connector. Loosen the clamp at the air cleaner assembly. Remove the outlet resonator/duct assembly from the air cleaner.
  2. Loosen the clamp at throttle body assembly. Disconnect PCV fresh air vent hose at cam cover. Remove the outlet resonator/duct assembly bolt.
  3. Remove the air cleaner attachment bolt. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
