Secondary Air Injection Crossover Pipe/Hose: Installation

  1. Install the AIR crossover pipe. Install the AIR crossover pipe fastener. Tighten the bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the crossover pipe to the shut-off valves. Fasten the quick clamps.
  2. Connect the upper radiator hose to the radiator. Install the ignition control module and coils. See IGNITION CONTROL MODULE  under IGNITION SYSTEMS. Install the air cleaner element.
  3. Install the air cleaner intake duct. See AIR CLEANER INTAKE DUCT  under AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS. Refill coolant and bleed system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING  under COOLING SYSTEM.
