Water Pump: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain coolant. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
  2. Remove the front timing belt cover. Remove timing belt. SeeTIMING BELT & SPROCKETS . Remove the water pump assembly bolts. Remove the water pump and "O" ring.
