Valve Guides

NOTE: Manufacturer does not have a procedure for replacing valve guides.

To determine clearance between valve stem and guide, compare diameter of valve stem with inside diameter of valve guide. See CYLINDER HEAD  and VALVES & VALVE SPRINGS  tables under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS. Valve guides can be reamed for .003" (.075 mm) oversize valves using Valve Guide Reamer (J-42096).
