Installation (Air Temperature - Passengers Side)

Position right air temperature actuator to align slots in electric actuator driver to flats on shaft. Align locating hole to alignment pin on HVAC module case. Slide actuator driver on shaft. Ensure actuator driver is set completely on shaft and mounting holes are flush with mounting screws on HVAC module case. Install screws to right air temperature actuator. Connect electrical connector to right air temperature actuator. Install instrument panel compartment. Install right side instrument panel insulator.
