Park/Neutral Position Switch: Removal

  1. Apply the parking brake.
  2. Block the wheels.
  3. Shift the transaxle into Neutral.
  4. Remove the throttle body air inlet duct.
  5. Use a flat-blade tool in order to remove the shift cable from the manual control lever. See Fig 1 .
  6. Remove the electrical connectors. See Fig 2 .
  7. Remove the manual control lever.
  8. Remove the PNP switch bolts. See Figure .
  9. Remove the PNP switch.
