Installation (4WD)

  1. Install the transmission support.
  2. Install the transmission support-to-frame nuts and bolts. See Figure. Tighten transmission support-to-frame nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the catalytic converter hanger bracket-to-transmission support. Tighten catalytic converter hanger bracket-to-transmission support mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Install the transmission mount-to-transmission support nuts. See Figure. Tighten transmission mount-to-transmission support nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Connect the transmission wiring harness to the transmission support, if necessary.
  6. Remove the transmission jack from the transmission.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
