Removal & Installation (Front Air Temperature Actuator)

Remove passenger side knee bolster. See appropriate INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Disconnect harness connector from front air temperature actuator. Remove actuator retaining screws and remove actuator from heater case. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
