Sunroof Glass Panel Height Adjustment

  1. Slide the sunroof sunshade to the open position.
  2. Position the sunroof glass panel to the fully closed position.
  3. Loosen the four sunroof glass panel adjusting screws 2 screws on each side. The screws must remain tight enough to have the sunroof glass panel retain its adjusted position.

  5. Individually adjust the 4 corners of the glass panel.
  6. Adjust the front of the sunroof glass panel. Ensure that the sunroof glass front (3) is 0.787 mm (0.031 in) below the top surface of the roof panel. Also, the glass seal (1) is centered.

  8. Adjust the rear of the sunroof glass panel. Ensure that the rear of the sunroof glass (2) is 0.787 mm (0.031 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.
  9. Verify the adjustment of the sunroof glass panel seal.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  10. Tighten the sunroof glass panel screws. Tighten the screws to 4 N.m (35 in lbs).
