Removal (High Pressure Lock-Off Solenoid-To-High Pressure Regulator Fuel Hoses/Pipes)

  1. Remove spare tire cover. Remove jack and tool kit. Remove spare tire. Remove 4 tank cover bolts. Remove the tank cover. See Figure.
  2. Relieve the system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE (CNG)  under FUEL SYSTEMS (CNG).
  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4. Remove the tank vent boot cover nuts and cover. See Figure.
  5. Disconnect the 3 harness connectors.
  6. Lower the rear seat.
  7. Loosen the vent hose clamps at the tank and the HPR.
  8. Pull the vent hose from the High Pressure Regulator (HPR).
  9. Disconnect the High Pressure Lock-Off (HPL) solenoid-to-HPR fuel line at the HPR. See Figure.
  10. Disconnect the HPL-to-HPR fuel line at the HPL.
  11. Disconnect the HPL-to-HPR fuel line.
  12. Disconnect the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) line from the HPL.
  13. Remove the fuel lines and the vent hose as an assembly.
