Auxiliary Hot Water By-Pass Valve: Installation

  1. Install the heater hoses to the engine to the hot water bypass valve. See Fig 1. Install the bypass valve to the heater assembly.
  2. Install the bolt that retains the valve to the heater assembly. Install the heater inlet pipe and the outlet pipe to the bypass valves.
  3. Connect the vacuum hose to the valve. Connect the electrical connector to the valve. Refill the cooling system. Install the upper fan shroud. Install the air cleaner.
