Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner and duct assembly
  2. Drain the coolant
  3. Recover the refrigerant
  4. Loosen the bolts which secure the engine mount strut to the strut bracket
  5. Remove the strut bracket brace bolts from the upper radiator support and reposition the struts and brackets rearward
  6. Remove the battery
  7. Remove the cooling fan and shroud assembly
  8. Remove the lower hose from the radiator
  9. Disconnect the transaxle oil cooler lines from the radiator
  10. Remove the A/C discharge hose from the condenser block
  11. Remove the inlet tube the connects the condenser to the evaporator

  13. Remove the radiator/condenser assembly
  14. Remove the condenser tube bracket bolt
  15. Remove the mounting bolts which secure the condenser to the radiator
  16. Remove the condenser from the radiator.
